I am a multidisciplinary business leader with a strong foundation in sales leadership, operational execution, and entrepreneurial innovation across both corporate and startup environments. With over 20 years of progressive experience, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, launched and scaled multiple ventures, and driven brand-aligned strategies across diverse sectors including retail, financial services, hospitality, fitness, public safety, and construction.
My early career at Best Buy, Mutual of Omaha, and State Farm sharpened my skills in customer engagement, team leadership, and performance-based culture. These roles gave me a deep understanding of how frontline execution connects directly to brand perception and business outcomes.
As my career evolved, I transitioned into entrepreneurship—founding and managing several ventures including Arizona Premier Backyard, Addicted to Adrenaline Motorsports, Premier Lifestyle Group, and Fixin State 48. In these roles, I served as both strategic lead and operational driver, overseeing everything from brand development and project execution to financial performance, recruitment, and customer experience. Each business sharpened my ability to scale systems, design processes for growth, and align team dynamics with long-term organizational goals.
As Franchisee and General Manager of Houston’s Hot Chicken, I led daily operations and brand execution while aligning business performance with corporate expectations. My hands-on leadership style and ability to implement scalable systems led to improved efficiency, stronger team culture, and measurable gains in operational consistency and customer satisfaction.
Today, I bring a purpose-driven and data-informed approach to leadership—focusing on building resilient teams, optimizing performance, and guiding brand transformation efforts that create long-term value for organizations and the communities they serve.

Beyond the boardroom and brand strategy, I’m deeply committed to mastering the disciplines of tactical training, wilderness survival, and physical readiness. From long-distance marksmanship and weapons training to fitness, nutrition, and fieldcraft, I believe true leadership starts with self-discipline and personal resilience. These pursuits fuel my mindset—focused, adaptable, and mission-ready—and they shape how I lead teams, tackle challenges, and execute under pressure. Whether in business or in the backcountry, I operate with the same principles: train hard, think ahead, and lead with purpose.

I’m committed to raising my son to be a strong, humble, and faithful man—one who leads with integrity, honors his word, and walks boldly in his purpose as a man of God.
